Recommend Performance Shop/Tuner in Ca-SF Bay Area?

Thanks largely to this forum, am seriously considering some performance mods, specifically CAI and tune, unfortunately, I'm far from mechanically inclined, I've also heard a custom tune is the way to go. Any and all recommendations for places in the Marin/Sonoma county areas much appreciated!

thanx guys I'm in san jose, been looking for a premiere mustang shop....anyone get a torque convertor yet? Whats the best choice if so?
