Earlier this year I completely rebuilt my 1990 5.0L 302. This included the Holley Systemax II kit (Cam, rods, timing chain, etc.), Rebuilt stock 5.0 bottom end bored .030" over, Holley 70mm throttle body, Granitelli mass airflow meter, K&N cold air intake, 30 lb injectors, 190 lph Holley fuel pump, Lunati 1.6:1 roller rockers, Centerforce clutch/flywheel, BBK 1 1/2" lowering springs, BBK tuned shorty headers, Custom 2 1/2" exhaust with h pipe, Flowmasters Delta Flow 40 Series, Ford Racing Mini Starter.

My question is does anyone have a recommendation what would be best for me to do with my T5 tranny next spring. It is still the stock T5 with a 4.11 rearend. I am considering the rebuild kit for the T5 but wonder if I still have to much torque and HP for the T5 and should consider upgrading to the Tremec, etc. Also any recommendations to the rearend would be greatly appreciated too! Thanks!
