I just had my heads redone and new valves and guides installed. Now that I have it back together I am unable to get the required .009 valve clearance between the rocker arms and the valve. Would shims be the best way to go or does someone have another idea:shiny:

Did the shop shave too much off the heads? If so, I would ask them since they did the work for your money. :yup:
