Remember picking up your first Mustang?

Hello, everyone! Very excited new owner here from Victor, NY, just outside Rochester. We pick up our black 2020 ecoboost premium convertible on Friday. This workweek is going so slowly, and the weather just screams convertible with these temps.

Several years ago, we put money down on a car from Elio Motors, which never materialized. We are so looking forward to having a fun car in our lives - one that actually exists. Not retirement yet, but more like an early start.

Regards, /Mark

Congrats on the Mustang. I’m curious, did you get your down payment back on the other car?

Sadly, no refund of the down payment. But I did get a t-shirt and bumper sticker. This year, I had my tax guy write it off as a bad debt. I should have been smarter.

Welcome, it's great to have you and congratulations on the new ride!!
My first Mustang was a brand new 1976 model with a V6. I almost wrecked it after picking it up at the port in the U.K. Don't ask.
Welcome to the forum.
It sounds like this Friday will be an exciting day.
