Hey has anyone ever removed the orange defrost lines?

I have a clear tint on my back window and I want to tint it limo. the guy said when he removes the old tint it might brake the defrost.

My friend just tinted his windows and you can really see the defrost lines.

My car is kept in the garage and i really dont ever use the rear defrost. I was thinking it would look really clean with limo tint and no orange lines.

Any thoughts?

I wouldn't do it. It's not just for ice & frost, but fog also. It might also affect the resale value of your car.
