I'm planning to freshen up my 1990 mustang lx 2.3l by replacing a few worn parts. One of the top things on the list is new struts and I wanted to know how hard would it be to replace them. What tools would I need to get the job done? This is a project car and a learning experience for me, so this is new to me.

It's not bad. An air compressor will make the job easier if you have one handy. The nuts on the front can be really tight.

PB blaster is your friend.

Just work one side at a time and remember to use jack stands:bigthumbsup

Thanks for the reply man. Can't wait to get started on this thing. I'll see what I can do about getting access to an air compressor (the only thing I'm lacking).
