Just bought a 68 fastback a couple of weeks ago . Its gonna be my first restoration ........ its not a numbers matching car so I guess its a "restomod" ........... I'm kinda glad because that sorta gives me the freedom to make it what I think it should have been !!!!! :gringreen .

My first task will be new floor pans and frame rails . I've got many irons in the fire right now ( honeydo irons:bigthumbsup) so its gonna be a couple of years before I can really jump into the full restoration . In the meantime I'm thinking I'll have someone else do the pans and rails repair . I'm not too sure I want to tackle that part !!!!!

It has a 302 in it now ........... i have a 64 289 I picked up as well ........... the car was originally built with a 289 2v ...... I'm wanting 300-350 HP . Which motor would you go with ????
