Roush heads are worth the money, they outperform the ever popular GT40 heads (all versions of them, even the P). It's just where everyone is on an Explorer kick, is why you don't hear about the Roush. They're also known as the World Products Windsor heads, and they're worth it. And no header headaches either.

If you can score a deal on some, grab em.

You can get either iron or aluminum, I was making an edit when you posted. If you didn't see my edit, I included where to go for the information about it.
The aluminum is called the Windsor Lite, it's 180cc intake runner and flow. There's also some with 200cc intake runners.

The 180 (both iron and aluminum) flow 236 cfm.
The 200 (both iron and aluminum) flow over 250 cfm.
