RS4 Performance Chip

Well, it was a weak moment when I purchased the RS4 chip, after all a 50 hp gain, plus, plus was too good to pass up. I sobered up shortly thereafter and came to my senses. No mustang forum was singing prases for this piece of ...... I returned the unopened package and waited for my credit. Well its been 3 months and several emails, still no credit. What gives with this company?

I was not a forum member at that time nor did I have the luxury of Mustang friends. This forum has loads of expertise and in the future I will ask your advise.
