Running too rich??

Guys I own a white 2000 GT, Recently I have noticed some discoloration around the exhaust tips on the rear bumper, and also looks like black carbon deposits all over the rear of the car. Does anyone have any suggestions to what I could do to correct this? Or if this is harming anything?

The first pic looks like typical road grime that got wet. The second pic looks normal. It is exhaust, it will have some black to it. Nothing to worry about.

If you are running rich just clean maf sensor

Ive had the car a little over 2 months now, I just dont see this much road grim building up after every wash(Which is almost Daily) The car has an EGR delete, and is cammed and tuned, but it still troubles me..

When my oxygen sensor went bad, I was running rich like crazy. Same symptoms. Also followed up cleaning my maf sensor.
