Ok, probably a monumentally dumb question, but what is this? I've been driving this car for over 4 years and I have no idea.

I am guessing now, but i think its a vent thats pointed twrds your windows by the turning mirrors so that you can defog them and use your mirrors.

thats right... is used to defrost the windows so you can use the mirror..

another thing.. were did you get that center piece of the Stering wheel? mine has the chiken pot and would be nice to change it

Ahh...that makes sense.

That isn't my car in the pic, I think it was just a pre-production shot. I'm not sure, but I don't think those light background centerpieces were ever produced. I like them though.
