I was wanting to get some side scoops for my stang so i was goin to go to the local ford delarship to get info on the stock scoops.I like the way they look..I was wondrin if they stick on or bolt on.Does anybody know?

im pretty sure that the gt-cs and the gt-c bolt on and use tape..thats what ive been told, but im not 100% sure

I just dont wanna be goin tha road and the scoops jus fall off from all the wind..

If you use the 3M tape, they won't be going anywhere!

i agree, and even though i dont like the idea of taping something to my car, i have only heard good things from my friends who have 3dcarbon scoops...and they tape on

The factory GT/CS side scoops come with templates for drilling and 3M tape. Your choose of just using tape or doing both. Part# 6R3Z-63424A62-AA. I will be getting some soon and I will drill & tape.

1/4 and the rear window louvers in addition to the side scoop and your hood scoop. Thats a lot of scoops!!!

The parts book just says includes attaching hardware.

There is no reason to attach a side scoop with hardware. 3M tape is more than enough.

the tape holds up really well, for the window louvers at least, ive done 120 and they didnt move upon my inspection so i wouldnt worry about them coming off

I ordered 3D Carbon side scoops from Atlanta Mustang and really like them. They go on using the 3M auto tape and I agree they seem to be on very securely. Mine came with the tape already applied and were prepainted. It literally took only a few minutes. They have been on for 8 months now and I have had several favorable comments. I am not a fan of drilling holes in my car.

I've had the same ones on for a year. They aren't coming off unless I take them off.

Which louvers look best to yall?

anything small and thats more flush with the body...so, no roush louvers for me. maybe some 3d carbons, or street scene gen2. i also like the ones that actually replace the window and serve as a louver/window since it has glass in each louver..i cant think of the name of those
