Which SC are you using, how much boost and did yoiu retune for the headers?

I have a stock Vortech SQ+intercooler right out of the box installed. The JBA's are the shorties with titanium finish. Tuned with the help of a Diablo hand held that came with the Vortech. Yes, I retuned after the headers were installed. 12-13 more horses showed up at the wheels. 390-403rhwp. My tune on the dyno is very consevative in comparison to others, but the Gt is a daily driver and 400rwhp is enough!

Congrats but I think you would have been happier with the L/T's. Are you running high flow cats? The vortech tune comes VERY lean and you're right about on because you should make about 390 rwhp with the vortech tune. Custom tune that baby. The vortech s-trim H/O kit you have will easily put out about 430 rwhp as a reliable daily driver. If you're ever feeling crazy, put on the 3.33 pulley for about 60 bucks and see a HUGE difference. The 3.33 pulley actually works great with the 6-rib belt you have now with your kit. All you have to do is use 2 stock belt tensioner pullies and you won't have any belt slippage and you'll make 14 lbs. of boost. In case you don't know, you have the 3.61 pulley now... :winks
