Is anyone else having major issues with the new tune revisions on their handheld?
Sct has literally worked with the car for 2 days and it always fails and locks the car up so it won't start. Wtf? The old firmware works but all new tunes require the update.

I wouldn't 100% say it's SCT issue could be number of other things.

I have had no trouble with mine after update. Did you try to reload the firmware update? SCT has good customer service if you are still having problems.

I have had no trouble with mine after update. Did you try to reload the firmware update? SCT has good customer service if you are still having problems.

Yeh tried the old firmware even sent the handheld back to Sct to get inspected, wiped, and re-programmed and same thing happens

There was something that was holding me back, oh yeah.... 3 different upgrades needed to be performed, and one I had to manually install on my PC. Software on my PC, Firmware on my PC, and then Firmware on the handheld.

I have 2 SCT tuners one has been updated 4 times other twice. Theres been issues with low battery power or leaving tuner in the heat. I've seen poeple use tuners and jam out playing radio or leave other things turned on

We've seen a hand full of issues with the SCT tuners similar to what you're experiencing. Although, this is roughly less then 1% of the SCT tuners that are out there. In the past SCT has worked with the customers to resolve the problem and get them straightened out, I'm sure they'll be able to do the same with you!

I have not had an issue with my sct handheld yet. I think you may have just gotten the raw end of the stick on that one. sct should take care of you though
