I need to redo my exhaust system, It has long tubes not sure if I want to go with hi flow cats then I'm having this debate between side exhaust or rear exhaust. What do you guys think?

i was 100% on side exhaust, until i decided that i wanted full length subframe connectors. it's almost impossible to run both unless you buy the roush subframe connectors made for the side exhaust.

here are some pictures of a custom side exhaust if it helps. this way you can go with whatever mufflers you like, and whichever tips you like. it wouldn't cost too much to have an exhaust shop to do it for you either. i was going to do this with dual exhaust tips out each side, kind of like the cobra r setup.

that is a good idea by relocating the mufflers but I think my car is to low for that, but I will try to do that anyways. did you feel any HP gain?
