Hey i bout to buy a x pipe in like a few hours ha. Anyways as of now i have SLP Loudmouths and i going to buy a x pipe i need some ideas i thinking bout going with pypes x pipe but whats the difference between the shorty O/R x pipe and the other O/R X Pipe that does up to the headers???

maybe stlwagon or someone with experience with the loudmouths will chime up, but ive heard from a lot of people that any x pipe or longtubes will make the SLP's sound like crap. ive heard the same about my mac boom tubes so i have left the rest alone cuz i love the sound and dont wanna f it up.

I love my setup. Sounds mean and loud with just a catted x pipe. Little raspy, but perfect in my opinion :bigthumbsup

Yep get ready for loud lol I run a Pypes o/r x with Flowmasters and no cats. I would suggest you get the catted x (laws where you're at probably require that) I love my sound nice, loud and surprisingly throaty. With the SLP LM's you'll be waking the dead :winks If you have long tube headers you'll need to go with a shorty, otherwise you'll need the full x.
