Hi Shaun -- welcom to the group! You might want to post your very specific question in the proper "1992 GT Tech" group, instead of here -- I am sure you will get more responses if you post in the proper group.
Hi freelance,i thought i was in tech, thank u for ur help.

LOL -- so you are! I assumed you were in INTRODUCTIONS. My mistake.

So -- you are in the right place... This is where you will get your answer, from the guys who own cars just like you! :)
Where is the "vapor" coming from?

How does your oil and coolant look?

If you oil looks good and you are not burning any coolant and it is coming from the breather then it is probably just blow by.

Steam coming out of the the valve cover definitely IS something to worry about and if indeed that's what it is rather than oil smoke, you'd also have oil looking like chocolate milkshake with coolant mixed with it.
Possible causes are a blown lower intake manifold gasket, cracked passenger side head, or coolant leaking past a head bolt that wasn't coated with thread sealant. If it was a blown head gasket, you'd also have steam coming out of the passenger side tailpipe.

My oil is fine nothing in it,my coolant is fine nothing in that either,it is little low in coolant ,no possible signs of coolant leaking any where, the passenger side of the engine gets really hot,so hot u cant put ur face anywhere near it
Who installed the head on the motor? Its possible that the head gasket was installed wrong. it needs to have the coolant holes in the right position..good luck.
Well low coolant should give you an idea that you are losing coolant somewhere.

Who built the motor?
The motor was already built when i bought the car
Header leak? Spark plug walk out of cylinder?? Spark plug loose?? You need to narrow down where its coming from by listening or watching.. If you cant then you could always pay someone to do it.

I dont mean to be a jerk but if the problem is so obvious that its literally burning your face it should not be to difficult to find..

Um,the smoke is coming out of the top of the vavle cover, where the breather cap goes,,,all my spark plugs r tight, its not a header leak cuz its nowhere near the header,i have listened to the motor, how does listening to the motor help with identifying why there is smoke comin out of the top of my vavle cover

The white smoke or steam is coming out of the vavle cover
Do a cylinder leak down check on that side of the engine. Leave the radiator cap off with the coolant topped off when you do the test. That'll tell you if it's being caused by blow by or a head gasket problem. If its a head gasket problem then you will see bubbles in the radiator.
