sn95 5 lug 4 wheel disk swap help/info

i have an 86 gt in my opinion (the brakes suck!!!) the sn95 94-95 front spindles and brake assemblys are direct bolt in with minor modifications or custom parts i.e (banjo bolts and spacer) what all is needed for this swap??? master cylinder from what year and model booster?? proportioning valve??? a complete parts list would be very appreaciated for my build...thanks
