i just got a 2016 mustang ecoboost and i mainly use it for commuting so i don't need performance out of the car. is there a problem if i just leave the car on wet mode all the time even when its dry? because that makes the car very smooth overall specially the throttle response.

I would stick to normal mode. Turning the snow/rain mode on can result in a very slow throttle response.
