I had some questions some answers are odvious some im confused on. obviously adding fuel richens you a/f ratio wich adds more fuel making the a/f gauge read higher numbers. now +/- spark does what to the a/f ratio.. also +/- timing does what?...... My guess would be + spark/timing subtracs from the a/f gauge meaning it leans it out. is this right or the other way around?

Spark +/- increases/decreases your ignition timing. It doesn't affect the A/F ratio. Adjusting spark just adjusts when the spark plugs ignite the air-fuel mixture.

if spark controls the timing.. i would immagine + spark would advance timing and - spark would retard timing. + spark leans and - spark richens from what im getting?
