Sound control and thermal insulation

I am restoring a 1965 Mustang Fastback. The exterior, engine compartment, and drive train are completed. The interior is completely stripped at the moment; no seats, glass, nothing. I am trying to decide what product or products to use. Does anyone have advice/ I have been told that Lizard Skin is good. Does anyone know how it compares with Dyna Mat or other similar product?

This is the wrong thread but i can answer it some what, on my 65 coupe i did dynamat from the firewall to the trunk. The one thing i wished was that we did it on the roof while the headliner was out. Id recommend dynamat again and put it on the roof if you can.
