due the plugs require gapping on the factory platinum plugs, the store said no but heard something different, anyone know help me out, thanks.

i would check the gap before installing,,anything can happen and you will know before installing,,

also i dont suggest to pry with gap tool to increase gap,,use plyers

pin can bend,,as to gap size your on your own with that

First off you need to take those platinum plugs back and get copper cores, I gap mine to .045, the factory calls for a wider .054!

does the copper ones do better more performance or what?

Its known to be a better spark conductor and they'll run cooler than a comparable heat range platinum!

what is the number for motorcraft copper core plugs for a 99 gt
