On spark plug replacement, I see the tech link that shows step by step on how to do it. I did not know if I should presoak the plugs a few days in advance and drive around for a while then follow the instructions and replace them? Thanks

Yes its a good idea. Every little bit helps with getting these plugs out. Just follow the instructions in the tech link.

Just don't drive if if the plug wells are full of liquid. Quick way to short coils.

I soaked mine for about 8 hrs, then cracked them loose and let the seafoam deepcreep penetrate even deeper on the threads and they came right out. One piece champions are installed now, peace of mind at last! Oh, this was all done on a COLD engine

In order for the solvent you use to do any good, you need to crack the plugs like 1/8 turn loose. Otherwise, the plug is seated and the solvent won't get past the tapered seat to the threads to work on the carbon. :nono:

not a bad idea. i let mine soak over night and had no issues. next up is my f 150 and it has 60 k on it. i ordered the lisle tool just incase.
