Hi
New member here. thanks for the web site! I am replacing my drums with CSRP Granada kit.
Before removing the spindles the instructions say to only raise the lower control arm a bit with a jack. I'm just curious if there is any pressure from the springs that may push the lower control arm down once the spindle gets loose? I have read that the '68 Mustang may have a "loaded" upper arm, which may make it so that we don't need to use a sping compressor, anyone removed spindles without removing the springs or makign the Ford Manual special tool to hold the upper control arm up in the air?
thanks!
