I'd like to know this also!
I've never removed a spoiler, but I fish. Get some braided 30 lb test. It's the same thickness as regular 8 lb. You won't break it.
The stock spoiler isn't bad. Remove the cloth padding underneath the trunk lid and remove the grommets to access the 10mm bolts. Remove the 4 bolts, then use fishing line and invest in a trim removal set which is the soft nylon plastic pry bar kit made for interior trim. Whatever you do dont pry the spoiler up hard. Try using the fishing line the most you can, obviously the line can't get around the bolt stem for the spoiler that's what you need the pry bar for to hold up the spoiler just enough to get the fishing line underneath and through again and start hacking away at the glue. Good luck, take your time, dot rush!

cant believe i didn't see the bolts underneath those black plastic tabs.

I got off now thanks. :bigthumbsup
butter knife and wd-40.

just be careful with the knife. use the kinfe to cut the foam padding and WD-40 to loosen the adhesive as much as possible.

then clay bar it afterwards to make sure it's nice and smooth.

I did this on my 08 but I cracked the spoiler a little bit in the process because I yanked it really hard.
