I have a 2003 V6 automatic that is making an annoying noise when I turn. I noticed the noise when it was very cold the other day. I looked in the power steering fluid container, and it was a little low so I got some more and topped it off. The noise went away for about 25 minutes then came back. I don't know what it is and any input would be helpful. Thanks

I'm no expert but...

My old 95 mustang had this same issue with the squealing while turning. It ended up being my power steering pump needed to be replaced. I also was told that it could have been the rack and pinion on that side (it was only the driver side that was making noises), but I'm not sure how accurate that opinion was. Admittedly, I had never heard of a rack and pinion before that suggestion...

Good luck!
