So Everytime I Stop At A Red Light With My Car In Drive And My Foot On The Brake After About A Minute My Car Violently Shakes And Stalls. It Starts Right Back Up, But You Can See My Frustration . I Have Discovered That If I PUt It In Neutral Its Fine But That Is Also Really Annoying. I Know I Have To Take It To A Mechanic Either Way But I Dont Have The Money For That Right Now. Can Anyone Tell Me What Wrong With My Car And Put My Mind At Ease?:eyebulge:
Pull your TCC fuse and see if the problem goes away. Sounds like you may have a torque converter clutch that stays engaged. I also think that is the problem because you said once you put it in neutral, the engine stays running.
