If this a street car the last thing you want is no mufflers.
You will lose some low rpm torque but gain a little on the top
end. Personally what I would do is get a couple of
straight thru mufflers like cherry bombs. That will definitely
be pretty loud. besides most states require some kind of
muffler to pass inspection. But if you are set on running no mufflers
simply cut out the muffler and replace it with a piece of straight
pipe, but I don't think you like the way it sounds.

I say go for it. I have heard a few straight piped 5.0's and they sound really aggressive, and pretty loud. As long as you keep the catalytic convertors, and run the exhaust out the back, it wont drone too bad. And if you don't like it, you can always just put mufflers back in.

You can straight pipe it if you want to straight pipe it, but it will be loud and crackly.

I'd recommend a UPR Off Road x-pipe and some good mufflers. (Flowmaster, Magnaflow street, etc) It would be louder, but still sound good.
