I need a set of sticky tires but one's that will last 5-7 k miles- wont be beating on them too often, but they need to grab- i have 18 inch rims, so i'm limited- any suggestions?

I've got those and they STICK.

Got them in August of '08.

Put about 4,000 a year on the car and they still have over half the tread left.

I have a set of ET streets. I've probably done about 20 passes on them and driven them on the street quite a bit and they still look pretty close to new. I just make sure to take it really slow in wet weather.

Toyo's are good for the street and cost way less. They also last longer and hook good tiresdirect.net $140. Got mine the next day!
