I went with the felpro "performance" gasket. I think it blew out because it was a gasket for a stock header and the exhaust valves on these heads are 2.02.
Stroker may be fixed... maybe
Sunday night I changed out the header gasket, it was blown out in the back pretty bad so the noise from the exhaust leak is gone. I don't know if its still ticking because it was only making the noise under a load so this weekend I will be looking at that.... its driving me crazy not to be able to check it out till then!

Yeah I sent you the pic it was pretty bad! Hopefully this weekend we can look at it mon to fri I am working 530am to 1130pm gahthere was 2 bolts that came loose, so we tightened them down then realised the gasket was blown out, i couldent hear anything over the exaust leak to tell what was making noise.
