what is the benifit of the subframe connectors that have brackets that bolt under the rear seats vs. regular subframe connectors?

are these more difficult to install?

on a mildly built street car, are the benifits of this type of subframe connector tangible, or would it be overkill?

I have the bolt to the seat subs from Kenny Brown. They are also welded front and back. Been there for 16 years with no issues.

I have the Kenny Brown Super Subs, they attach to the bottom of the seats and tie in the weak area of the floor to the frames.

Sounds like Super Subs are the way to go.
