Would add CAI to the Won't list for now

Yep, this was my thinking... I'm waiting on my C&L/SCT2 right now...R3dF1r3 said:A year away? Dood get a CAI/ tune now.
If you go with a Saleen you can keep the CAI. If not, you can sell it easy enough. Lot's of '06 n00bs will be in the market.
Why waste a year of the best mod not incl S/C?
A C/F S/C will give power in the high end, X-pipe will move it further, maybe a more open H-pipe system, or stay stock (H-pipe.)Preacher said:Will work

Unfortunately for my Mustang, we just found a house to buy, so the fundage for the moddage has dried up. I really like the JLT CAI with the Tuner, but I think I'll start with headers and exhaust.
Do you all like the Tuners for the improved throttle response and taking out all the Ford "safety" programs that sacrifice performance for reliability? I have a 5 speed, so will that make a big difference? I wouldn't think my Butt-Dyno would notice 30 more hp....
I know you guys sometimes are clever with your titles and I like it but they have to lead browsers right...Preacher said:Sorry, kj_cinci. I was just trying to inject a little levity into the thread title.
