Hey Cesk,

You have some great questions and I hope I can answer them all for you.

I am a huge fan of the Vortech V-3 Si-Trim & Charge Cooler Kit myself and would highly recommend it.

As long as your engine is healthy and you tune properly for the blower, you will have no negative effects and will simply be reaping the benefits of the added power!

In regards to gas mileage, as long as you stay out of boost your MPG will stay relatively the same and should not be anything to worry about.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any further questions!

The 4.0 is a very tough and reliable engine. I ran a 75 shot of nitrous on my 2006 for 2 seasons. At 90,000 miles on it I pulled the nitrous and installed the Xcharger Xtreme. When I sold the car in 2012 to order my new one it had 203,000 miles on it, was still running mid 12's at the track and had very few problems. The new owner is still driving it and hasn't had any problems.
