Is it possible to swap my current 2-way headrests for the 4-way headrests in the 40th Anniversary cars? Would that take any modifying of my current seats to do?

The ones I've got now barely reach the bottom of my head and I have to basically look up at the ceiling to reach them, and it's really uncomfortable after a while of sitting in the car.

I'm 5'11" by the way.

I'm pretty sure the shaft that is attached to the headrest and goes down into the seat is the same. As long as it is you should be good.

Hm, I've come across a bit of a problem. Ford doesn't seem to sell the headrests anymore and I haven't happened upon any on sites such as eBay and the like.

Does anyone know where I might be able to purchase them? I don't have the cash to buy a whole new set of seats; I just want the headrests. :/
