For some reason, the Sync system can't understand me anymore. Every time I tell it to call someone it dials the wrong number. Any advice?

Try reloading your phone book. If that fails, reset sync.

Yeah, I had some issues too. Just speak conversationally and not too loud. That seems to work best. Watch the vids on syncmyride.com, those helped.

My gf had this problem on her focus. Dealer fixed it, did some computer bs to it.

my parents fusion has the same problem, won't understand a damn word they say, always calls someone totally random and not even close. I tried syncing my blackberry to their car and had the same problem.

haven't figured out how to fix it yet.

Every once in awhile I have trouble making phone calls, but it typically resolves itself after turning the car off and back on again. I find it very flexible. I say boobtoof audio all the time lol, and it knows I want bluetooth audio.

Mine has "lost her mind" three times so far.

The only remedy is to perform the full reset, then it is fine for months.

Pair the phone again and follow the prompts. Once your phonebook is reloaded you should be good.

The master reset button returns the Sync to the factory condition.

Just pair you phone again and you should be good for months.
