I just purchased the TCI Ratchet Shifter.

When I opened the box it was just placed in the box with no protection to move around the box.

Is this normal packaging?

Is the front tee handle (reversed lock out) supposed to be loose?

Thanks,

Where Di you purchase from

I have a 2007 automatic looking to do the shifter swap as well. Can you provide any install details along the way. Thanks what are your plans with the old shifter? Is it worth anything

As I recall I did have to tighten one or both of the Tee Handles, but I do not remember the shifter being loose in the box.

Instructions are pretty straight forward for the install, only issue I had was figuring out how to release the shifter cable without breaking the connector.

In my opinion it not only looks good, but works well:
