I called Ford customer service for information, Good news / Bad news.
My car was built, expected delivery date June 26 - July 3rd. That's the good news... :bounce2:

Bad news is its in transit on RAMP 51
Who knows how long it will sit there !!! :sosad:

Anyone heard of any news on the now infamous Ramp 51?
Are the Stangs on hold and they put them there or is it just a staging lot before they ship?

To answer your question, both. Ramp 51 is the staging lot where mine was corrected. There have been some cases where the cars are sent offsite for corrections but it varies.

This is what I heard of Ramp 51:

It seems it's the lot where the newly built cars go, quality and or just holding. then off the another ramp for loading on truck or rail car.

I hope it leaves there soon !

I worry that mine is there too. I called Ford CS yesterday and the man told me that my car is awaiting shipment and ETA 6/19-6/26, but he did not say if it was on Ramp 51.

My car has been at ramp 51 since 5/23 with an ETA of 6/2. That is the latest update as of Monday 6/14

In Ford speak, RAMP = PARKING LOT. Don't get too upset about it being Ramp 51. Ramp 51 appears to be the REALLY BIG lot where cars go post-production. Ramps 5P and 5R are usually the ones you'll see them at a day or two before they actually get moving.

Someone posted today that they were told all of the mustangs are now released to ship and should be arriving before the end of June. There are LOTS of threads about the shipping issues, so I am not sure which one I read that in.
