They finally finished the Stroker Stang on Horsepower

Anyone who watches the show Horsepower knows about the Stroker Stang they put together awhile back, but they never showed us the finished product. Well, I'm watching it now and they finally finished it. They had some cam phaser issues with the more aggressive cam which is why it took so long. It has the basic bolt-ons that we all know and love, plus p/p heads and COMP Cams (I don't know what stage). I'm assuming the gear ratio was stock. They pumped out 378rwhp and 374 ft/lbs of torque. I don't think that was with tuning either. So you guys who are shooting for 400hp NA, it's not that far off for you. It'll just cost a few bucks.

I'm guessing that it didn't include the other basic boltons yet (CAI, headers, plates etc)?
Oh no, it had just about everything they could throw at it. From what I remember it had a C&L intake, BBK LT's w/catted X, Magnapacks, new clutch. They didn't do delete plates or UDP's and I don't think they did any tuning either. I'd be curious to see what they could get out of a dyno tune and those extra mods.
they could have made a really short show and slapped on a S/C and made those numbers, but then again it would not of been nearly as much fun as modding all the different parts of the car :)
They did a Roush S/C on another show. It's amazing that they could get that done in only 30 min! :nogrinner
