Thinking about trading my car for a 97 Procharged/intercooled GT and need some help

First off I have a 98 TransAm with a Ls1 and it has some mods and runs in the 12's.I've owned acouple of Ta's and had good luck with 2 of mine running bottom 11's on motor, high 9's on spray. Now I've owned a couple of Mustangs in the past, but nothing supercharged.A guy with a 97 Mustang gt wants to trade. It has a Procharger (i believe the ds1c im not 100% sure) with the intercooler(not sure what stage intercooler)says it has the 12lb pulley.Car has 102k and the charger was recentally installed. They hand tuned it with a SCT handheld programmer. The internals are all stock.Car has built auto with a 3500 stall, shorty headers, xpipe, slp loud mouth exhaust,30lb injectors,373 gear and some visual mods.I'v done some research on this sight on the Procharger and alot of people here have some good info on it.My question is what kind of rwhp will the car make and will the internals hold up with 12lbs of boost on a stock motor.I like the way the car looks but don't want to go slower than my ta.Any input will be appreciated greatly.

Yeah, the 97 has non-PI heads and intake unless he did the swap. Everything above is spot-on. I agree that at 102k with 12lbs, you're asking for trouble, its likely a matter of time before the stock bottom end gives out. If you do a forged bottom end rebuild and go to PI heads, you'll have a pretty nasty beast that will last, but that's also a not insignificant investment. I love Mustangs, but this is a tough call, I think you will love the car, but it may give you problems too.
Ask the guy to go run you at PBIR, you'll get a good idea of how the car performs, and a much better idea if its what you want vs what you have.
