Thinking about trading my car for a 97 Procharged/intercooled GT and need some help

First off I have a 98 TransAm with a Ls1 and it has some mods and runs in the 12's.I've owned acouple of Ta's and had good luck with 2 of mine running bottom 11's on motor, high 9's on spray. Now I've owned a couple of Mustangs in the past, but nothing supercharged.A guy with a 97 Mustang gt wants to trade. It has a Procharger (i believe the ds1c im not 100% sure) with the intercooler(not sure what stage intercooler)says it has the 12lb pulley.Car has 102k and the charger was recentally installed. They hand tuned it with a SCT handheld programmer. The internals are all stock.Car has built auto with a 3500 stall, shorty headers, xpipe, slp loud mouth exhaust,30lb injectors,373 gear and some visual mods.I'v done some research on this sight on the Procharger and alot of people here have some good info on it.My question is what kind of rwhp will the car make and will the internals hold up with 12lbs of boost on a stock motor.I like the way the car looks but don't want to go slower than my ta.Any input will be appreciated greatly.

this is my opinion and opinion ONLY....
the choice is completely up to par with you and you alone... u have to decide if a mustang is the car for you... now as i appreciate personally the fact that u are staying american muscle is awesome but if ur a GM car kinda guy, u need to keep in mind, a ford motor CAN produce high amounts of horsepower but they were truly built to produce decent horsepower and monsterous amounts of torque...now as years go on, Ford does a better job of building high horsepower cars but they are still built for torque and Ford guys like us, love that part of it... as for my opinion i would throw the GM in the garbage and enjoy a Ford like the rest of us lol but we all like Ford products and once u trade, u CANT trade back unless u write up a contract to say u will trade back no questions asked... i personally love the blue oval and will NEVER drive anything else but i DO give credit to GM for building a smoother ride with more horse, but i think u feel ten times better driving a Ford cuz u get the sensation of power much better thru ur feet due to the awesome torque monsters they are:bigthumbsup

Running that vintage engine with a PI upgrade raises the compression, which is NOT what you want when adding a lot of boost.
+1 on that one TB :bigthumbsup
