um, why pay $2000 for a kit and $1000-3000 for paint?
to make it look as nice as the 05 and up , gotta admit them are one of the nicest looking cars ever made , so if you have the money then go for it !

I've seen that kit and to me, It just doesn't look like the real thing. It doesn't have the same lines and feel of the 05 and I find them to be cheesey. You'd be much better off with a Saleen, Cervinis, or Roush body kit.

um, I can think of many that look better, Cobra's, Ferrari's, Jaguars, Duesenbergs.....the truth is that the car is going to wind up being hard to sell, and he could buy a used 6 cylinder 05 for about the same price of the kit, paint and sale of the 02

umm im saying the 05 and up mustang is one of the best looking out there including the cobra, same style with some different twist's on it. Ferrari's and jaguars are so played out these days also (we let the rich old folk's handle them ride's now :laughlitt ).If he can get the right paint and wheels then why not throw one of those kits on there. I agree with monkey boy about the saleen and cervinis looking better on a 02 then that kit tho. just depends on what style you want really the new CLASSY/MUSCLE or up to age saleen style SPORTY LOOK

I think it looks better then the 05's... the back is better, i like the side scoops... I dont think that it is going to trick anyone into thinking its an 05... but it is still one of the nicest kits i have seen for the 99-04 stangs.

Classic Mustangs, Mustang II's, Four-Eyed Fox Mustangs, Most Camaros (actually, all from 92 back), the Saturn Sky, Dodge Charger, Dodge Magnum (to throw in new models, though the old Chargers and Magnums are likewise better looking.) I may be a FoMoCo Maniac, but even I feel lukewarm about the looks of the '05 Mustang!
