The Gulf Oil livery is perhaps one of the most iconic paint schemes in all of racing having won outright at Le Mans three times.

One of those times was in 1968 when the John Wyer owned, Gulf Oil sponsored Mk I Ford GT40 took overall victory with Pedro Rodriguez and Lucien Bianchi at the controls.

In honor of the original Gulf GT40s the folks over at G24 Studios rendered the third-gen GT in the iconic powder blue and marigold. Even with the new metallic sheen it's an unmistakable color and design combination even almost 40 years after being introduced.
