Went to the track on Friday got my new best...
Ran an 8.85 w/ a 1.99 60' :shrug: @78.45mph

Now for the real problem I'm going to have about $4k (maybe a little more) to spend on a supercharger. I've been reading that they all add about 100-140 hp @ 8psi. w/ intercooler (I think). Where do you think this would this put me in the 1/8th? Btw its basically a stock 02 gt 5spd, with bf goodrich 275/45 dr's.

Is anyone else running a pro-charger or vortech? If so what are your opinions about them? I'm kinda torn between the two, and wanted something easy to install/uninstall but I also wanted it to be relatively quiet, so any opinions would be much appreciated.

I have a don't opinion on which one is better. But when I had my 02 gt I was going to install a procharger, simply because it is self contained. I'm pretty sure with the vortech you have to tap into the oil pan. With the procharger you don't have to. Good luck. Have fun and forget to budget for new tires and speeding tickets.

kenne bell would be nice...there website says 400ft/lbs of torque at 2500rpms and 405hp peak at 6k not too bad i guess w/ 9psi :)
