Did you take out all the bolts? there is 4 on the bottom of the oil pan holding the cover in as well
Timing cover seal stuck
My timing cover seal is stuck but good. I'm prying like a mother all the way around it but it is not budging. I'm afraid the cover will crack before the seal comes off. Does anyone know of any "trick" in removing the seal? Thanks.

yea that cover should just come off if you got all the bolts out
you might need to wiggle it a little bit too to get it off...
That seal is notorious for being a mutha to get out. Be very careful because I've seen the cover crack from all the prying to get it out. I've even reused one because it just wouldn't come out.
Sometimes heat and Wax works wonders. Then sometimes, the seal is put in from the otherside on some older timing covers. If its the stock cover, try a little heat and wax. :bigthumbsup
