hello everyone :bigthumbsup

i am thinking to install 255/45/18 kumho tire for rear, but same time keeping my front tires stock size 235/50/18
(( its mustang 2007 GT/CS ))

is this a good idea? will i face some problems in driving? anyone have a picture of same modification?

it will be fine...I'd go 275 on the rear...

just check the tire manufacturer's recommendation on wheel width and make sure you don't go outside their recommended wheel size -- you probably have 8" wide wheels, and I'm pretty sure that 255 is usually OK on 8" wheels but I don't think you should go much wider than that on 8" wheels

Mine has 255 on the stock rims with no issues.

Mine has 255's all the way around on 8" wheels.
Most performance cars run a staggered setup like that from the factory nowadays anyway. :bigthumbsup

ok so i install that 255 ( rear only ) today, hmmm not so much diffrent in the look, just a little inch thats all, this will lead me to buy 275 and replace them in place of 255.
by next month it will be 255/45/18 front, 275/40/18 rear.
