Tire size

I have stock 67 mustang and I am purchasing 14x7 rims 5 bolt. What would be good size tires? Want to get a bit bigger on back then front.

it's hard to say without knowing the backspacing of the rims. Check out this link for more help on knowing how to decide...

Ya I'm not to sure what the backspacing is. They are 14x7 magnum 500's. If that helps.

Just and FYI, you'll get a larger tire selection by going 15" if you've considered it at all, not a lot of options in 14" anymore.

I found 2 websites listing 14X7 Magnum 500's and they both listed 4.25" bs but only one said the manuf.

Make sure you get 5X4.5 wheel spacing.

4.25" bs should fit perfect, anyone found otherwise?

The reason i'm getting 14x7 is that they are real cheap. I'd prefer 15 or 16 but can't afford it right now.

Ya just got the rims today they are 4.25 backspacing. 14x7. What size tires should I get? 67 mustang coupe. I want at bit wider then stock at the back and I guess stock in front. Trying to keep costs at minimum. I like the look of the bfg ta's just not sure on sizes and costs.
