Hey I was thinking of installing a toggle switch to control my headlights instead of the pull-out thing. Has anybody done this before? I'm new to this kind of stuff and any advice would be a great help. thanks a lot

basicly allyour changeing is the way the switch operates
up and down, instead of in and out.

so all the wireing can stay the same.
may have to cut and add connecters, that be about it.

make sure its a high amp switch-

Yeah the pull knob is more than a switch, it's also a rheostat. It also turns on your dome light.
