Duplacolor has a kit that has everything you need. You can try your local auto parts store or order it on line from Duplacolor.
Depending on how bad the scratch is and if it is not down to metal, true, especially if you've been keyed. Best left to the pros but can be expensive.Unfortunately, I have never seen a paint touch up that has looked good. I would just leave the scratches.
