Hy guys,
i am a swissguy with a 2007 Shelby GT and made a big mistake...

I tried to change the throttle body (BBK 62) and the car wasen`t
driveable anymore....So i checked the TPS voltage and it was
somewhere over 1,5 volt.i tried to bring them down to 1,25 but
it dosen`t worked...after swap back to original throttlebody, set
the TPS to 1,25 Volt, but the car still dosent runs...

If i push the throttle, nothing really happens, the idle is bad and
also starting is a mess...

unfornatley,i don`t know the original TPS setting...so i tried out
everything between 1,16 and 1,32 Volts....also the engine and
the "tool" lights are on all the time...

now i set the tps to 1,25V and losed the battery for some hours
and see whats happened.

Have anyone here a idea what i have done wrong or maybe
broken? I know i am a jerk,but **** happens...:D

Thanks for your helps!:worship

Of course i rotaded the spring.i also checked if the
throttle opens and it works!

Meanwhile i have used my predator for checking the
Troublecodes ...here they are......

P2104 throttle actuator control system-forced idle
P2111 throttle actuatorcontrol system-stuck open
P1000 obd sytems readiness test not complete

I had the same experience recently and it was the throttle actuator motor and the preload spring was incorrectly clocked. You need to reset the preload spring by clocking it counter clockwise almost 180 degrees until the spring locks in place. The throttle plates will move with it clocked incorrectly just not far enough and fast enough.
I would advise a recheck.

Thats why I said stupid question. I assumed you did. however, I've see it not done correctly and not rotated COUNTER clock wise. they were having pretty much the same issues. good luck and hope you get it figured out. Do you have a buddy that will let you try their TPS?

Yeah, they can give you a fit, if not properly tuned. I’m fortunate mine has worked great, and actually gave me a lot better throttle response. Not sure if I got any HP from it, I doubt it.

Thanks for your help guys,
i founded the mistake...but please don`t laugh.....:nogrinner

my bad english was the reason ...counter clockwise or
count clockwise its not the same.....so i rotaded the
spring clockwise....

Now it works....but the TPS with the BBK throttle is
1,26 Volt and i can`t bring them more down....so the
idle seems to me to high...i will swap again to stock
and let this BBK thing in the garage until i got the
money to spend a supercharger:yelpleased:

Thanks,for all your helps!
