When traction control is on the motor will cut the spark and applies the brakes I do believe. When it cuts the spark it’ll be like hitting the rev limiter.
check out this thread for potential wiring problem:

but it doesn't sound like that is your issue . . . maybe car just does not have enough torque to break traction? what makes you think the traction control is on?

When i try to do a donut the backend is not slipping its like its not sending enough power to back

Its a decent v6 can generate enough power to do it, i was with ny friends we all have v6 they were doing donuts like hell and my friend saw mine he said that im probably the problem that idk how to do them properly

But he did it too
He said hhmmm advanced trac is off
But check spark plug, nozzles, fuel pump
I check them all nothing was on. The code reader

Going by the code reader you have quite a few trouble codes being registered including 2 lean codes on both engine banks. I'd say that's probably a good reason for the engine not running at it's best and being a low on power.
You have 2 brake/ABS related codes. If the ABS lost communication that probably means that your ABS light is on and the system is completely nonfunctional. I doubt that has anything to do with not being able to spin your tires.
Both of your front O2 sensor circuits are registering codes and both of them list diminished engine performance as a symptom.
Fix all the stuff wrong with you car and then you might be able to spin the tires.
Also, in Iraq I would imagine that it's quite hot there. If you have hot tires and roads then breaking the tires loose is harder. Any friends in the car will also increase weight which will further make it harder to spin the tires. If you have upgraded brakes then that will further make it harder to spin tires.

There are no abs lights on the gauge
Maybe your indicator light has burned out. Does the light come on when you turn the ignition to on but before you start it?
Did you scan it for codes while the traction control was off?

Yes before ignition every light is on
No i haven't scanned codes while traction was off
Regardless, the ABS working or not has no bearing on your car not being able to do a burnout if you completely disable the traction control or you are not doing a brake stand. If you are slamming the throttle and your foot is not on the brake then the ABS has no part whatsoever in keeping the tires from spinning.
If you want to fix whatever is causing the P1935 brake code it seems like this code might be more brake pedal specific so maybe the sensor/switch on the pedal is the problem. Do your brake lights work?
As I understand it the U0121 is a CAN bus communication failure. A common cause is a bad ground on the ABS module or a bad power wire to it. Check the ABS module wiring and connectors for any damage or corrosion.
I think that your lean codes are likely the reason for the car not being able to spin the tires.
